Mary Nally, a friend of the U.P from Ireland, has promised us not only the first international Uniform event tonight in Galway, but is donating all of the fundraiser’s proceeds to the foundation’s cause …

The Uniform Project has been nominated for the Grant for Change (G4C), a $10,000 award for those instigating positive change in their communities. The grant is sponsored by Nau – a Portland, Oregan based sustainable clothing company with a philanthropic mission. We (Sheena and Eliza) will be in London from Sept 8th-22nd promoting the project and the fundraiser. We would like to meet sustainable designers and vintage stores that may be interested in collaborating with us or donating pieces to the project. In the upcoming months we are actively looking to collaborate on off-the-cuff conceptual ensembles for the uniforms.
