Day 9

Thanks!

For the past week Ive wanted to do two things: 1) turn my dress upside down and 2) wear it as a skirt. Today I accomplished both! I dont think I’ve worn a skirt this long since I was 13, but I’m getting into it.

I’m shipping all of my samples out to Vegas tomorrow for a trade show (fingers crossed!) which means more time for U.P. I have some fun surprises I cant wait to reveal and MUCH MORE COLOR! Thanks to everyone for all of the positive comments so far, they inspire me everyday.

Wow! Don’t get me wrong–you look great!–but something about this is hilarious. Not laughable. Just amazing.

I almost want you to slide your feet through the armholes and wear it as a hobbled skirt. . . .but you probably tried that. The first shot is great. I love the construction of the LBD but I continue to have issues with the sheen of the fabric. I’m not usually one to shy away from sheen but I think I’d tire of it everyday.

Love your upside down dress….I sell vintage jewelry on Etsy….pick something from my shop and I’ll send it to you. Wear and sell it afterwards to raise $ for your project..

I love the way the second picture is taken beside a sign that says: ‘Improving, Non-Stop’.

I love how you keep getting more creative every day. If you came home for the rodeo you would have your look! <3

Hi Been loving your outfits and the links to photographers and designers, and especially your great designs at RHLS.
Although I have to agree with SarahO I think it would tire of the sheen- great with some outfits, not so great with others.

The armholes dangling at your knees is just a wee bit iffy for me!! but BIG high five to you for this pilot. loving your style and creativity.

I agree SarahO and birdmonkey. I like the sheen of the dress, it’s def a challenge to work with everyday, but i like a good challenge.

Your little experiment worked and how! This looks great! A skirt this lenght suits you especially since it’s pretty slim. Love the ruffled shirt and the belt!
