Hi Angie. I really loved what you did with the dress, you are very creative!!! Keep up with the good work!!

Very creative and definitely gives you an interesting silhouette to look at (like most of your days so far) – which is really nice 🙂 Only thing I’m hesitant on is having seams/hem exposed. You have so many great ideas though! Have you thought about doing a longer skirt over the dress?

I gotta say I liked yesterday’s a little better… But keep coming up with different ways of wearing teh dress. It makes things exciting. And I’m so excited to see a fellow Montrealer as a pilot!

Amie – Absolutely! Here are the places I’ve gone so far today:
– trim supplier, bought elastic
– fabric supplier, bought fabric for hubbys pillows,
– back to the studio, worked on orders, hung out with hubbie and studio mates Marc & Yana
– just got home, took the dogs for a walk and picked up some groceries. Ran into my brother, ran into our neighbour walking her dog.
Didn’t get any strange looks, actually got compliments from my studio mate and neighbour!
Time to donate my friend! 😉

Hmmmm – not sure this is something I like – kudos for originality, but not sure if it is a practical for as your others have been 🙂

Christina – RE the hems/seams: the bottom hem actually folds into itself quite nicely, but yes the front placket is exposed at the front body. It doesn’t bother me, but that’s definitely a personal preference and not for everyone 🙂

Emmerelda – absolutely will, I know that not everything I wear will be liked by everyone on every day…I’d have to be wearing something pretty bland for that to happen…and then…well I probably wouldn’t like it myself!

honestly, when i saw this dress on day 1, i just thought that i hated it.. But you’ve done such a great job that i’m amazed everyday by your outfits & to me, you’re already the best UP pilot so far!!

So tonight I’m wearing a longish blackish button-front dress, and I did the thing you did the other day of ubuttoning and wrapping it around back. It’s amazing! Thanks for the inspiration. I might even get brave enough to try today’s look with it some day. You’re muy creative and so beautiful.

Now that is a way to modify the dress that I hadn’t anticipated. I’m not sure I’m feeling it with the denim shorts, but I really liked the way the sweater looked layered over it. Very cool idea! Loving how different you’ve made the dress so far.

I absolutely love this! How cool would it be to have a dress like this with funky hem-tape or ribbon on the underside seams for times like these! You just amaze me with your ideas! Keep it up! I’m donating right now!

I think you look gorgeous. Haters are just jealous that they could never OWN IT like you do.
Your style is fresh and interesting and always surprising and that’s what fashion should be. It doesn’t have to always be something that each of us wants to wear ourselves but should inspire each of us to take risks and explore our own style. How did I miss this one!? I love it – and to anyone who thinks Miss Angie isn’t wearing these outfits out – I have to tell you she definitely is! This falls right into her style and she always pulls it off. No funny looks, only admiration. Go girl – so far, this is my favourite look!!
