So much time, so little to do! I’ll give you guys a cookie if you can tell me where that’s from. One of my all time literary muses. The reason I bring it him up is that’s what I was reading before bed last night. And for some reason ridiculous little baubles such as the ones I am wearing today remind me of his stories.
Although I sincerely believe that “conversation piece” is a bit cliché, that’s without fail what these two necklaces start. Especially on the subway. The best way to pique any sort of person’s curiosity is to wear some sort of shiny contraption round your neck.
Exhibit A: Antique quarter holder made by one of my favorite people, Snoozer Loser. This thing holds $2 in change!
Exhibit B: Museum bit of curio that I indulgently purchased at the Met the first time I visited New York by myself.
Strike that, reverse it. xx.wasabipear
