Like Amber Valletta in the 90s....
For some reason that’s what this outfit reminds me of, Amber Valetta in old issues of Vogue, wearing Chanel and Versace…OK maybe not the cardigan, but everything else! Speaking of the cardigan, it’s another great find from the eBay Green Team. Vintage Ralph Lauren, 100% wool…with geese! Couldn’t resist the rustic Canadiana charm of it. I decided to wear it with something a little whimsical in the form of one of my favorite striped tees, a linen wrap around belt and a gold tone harness I made. Cream patent oxfords finish off the ’90s Vogue vibe. For me long skirts with oxfords equal cool and interesting. It takes a bit of guts to pull off such mannish flats with a full skirt, but as I’ve mentioned before, I’d way rather look interesting than “perfect” !

Your style is way beyond perfect. It’s impeccable. I know what you mean, oxfords with a long skirt could look wrong on many others. But you are – just 2 words – ROCKING THEM! Me thinks interesting look #16 deserves a donation.

Wow! Thanks guys! I’m a huge fan of oxfords, will break out my burgundy pair and my grey pair later in the month! I was in a boot phase, but I think it’s passing for a bit 😉
