Iceland? I’d’ve thought this lass was standing over the green fields of Ireland.

this is one of my favorites, practical and stylish, plus I love farms and growing my own food

Given the option, I would totally rock that outfit on a farm. Keep it up! The UP is inspired. It encourages contentedness rather than the feeling of always wanting more. Life is so much better this way!

It’s 92 degrees F here in Atlanta, Georgia. I’m pretty sure it’s not that warm where you are. I would LOVE to be wearing that outfit, right now, in a much cooler setting. Like an Icelandic farm!

Fab, you look so cosy. So how is the skirt going on the farm? I spend my whole life in pants on the farm. I often think about my foremothers on the farm in dresses, long dresses and layers, and didn’t they get some work done. Did you know that 75% of the world’s food is grown, harvested and packed by women. Trouble is men run the processing and distribution. Love your class and attitude India.

you say this is not a fashionable look… but it is! i love the fact that the school at blair grocery teaches students how to grow their own food– that’s a great skill, i wish my school had a program like that! 🙂

I’m in the middle of my busiest month…ever. But I still drop in every morning to see you! You know what I think? While Sheena gave us funky socks and crazy fashion last year – which we loved madly, you give us something more real. It reminds us that we don’t need to have a 100 awesome socks to do something consequential. So for people who are bored out of their skull…maybe they should gain a little perspective. You’re doing great India! Those numbers are looking good!

Well said @Payal, I think some people are missing the point of this – fashion is about feeling good in what you wear and India looks very comfortable in her own skin! Keep up the good work India & UP!

On the contrary my dear…this is my favorite outfit yet…the scarf and peek of bright socks is so chic :).

i think i love hearing about iceland as much as the fashion! dresses on a farm…love them…especially one as versatile as this!
