Day 20

View From The Top

Yall asked for some cold shots so I trotted up to the roof of my office today with the fabulous Sam P. How phenomenal is this view?!?! In the spring time we have sun downers up here, I can’t wait. I’ve been so infatuated with my new jams that I got into the groove this morning and this totally Zulu inspired look happened.

I’ve got 10 some odd days left and I think were in a good spot although meeting my 48k goal might be a bit ambitious at this point. I am on the hunt for a sugar daddy donor… It just takes a little batting for lashes.

***Today’s outfit: LBD worn proper. Amazing cheetah belt, Tampa Salvation Army find. The Brooklyn swing coat again paired with vintage Bill Blass coat, both also Salvation Army. Faux leopard pumps. Zulu Collar that I knit on impulse.

I really like your style: very sophisitcated. How did you make the collar exactly? It really gives this look an edge. Love how your looks are elegant yet wearable. Thanks for all the inspiration. Go on batting, you’re doing great.

I’m voting this best ensemble of the month! Woo hoo for you!
You usually pull something sweet together but this outfit has class, edge, artistry, colour and is so versatile (imagine it with kick-ass boots!)

I loved that swing coat the first time you wore it, and it’s just smashing with the backdrop you chose today. I think if I had that coat and yesterday’s boots, I’d wear them every day.

It’s coats like this and the stuff Sheena used to don that introduced me to pre-loved clothes. Look at that coat, I’d think it was a $500 and brand new. I can’t believe you’ve only got 11 days left. You’ve been brilliant! Maybe we can touch 10k in 10 days? That’s 2k in donations. Hmmm.
