Summer Friday I'm in love
Madras plaid shirt donated by Eliza, vintage cinch belt donated by Cat and vintage go-go platforms from eBay.

What’s this?
During Sheena’s year-long challenge, we made 365 limited edition copies of the little black dress. U.P friends who purchased a dress could ‘own’ a day from Sheena’s dailies, as a way to memorialize their support. The funds raised from dress sales were also put towards supporting the kids :)

I am going to see a dressmaker next week about making a classic black dress that suits my body and age. You can all do the same. The best thing Sheena/Eliza could do would be to sell the pattern for this dress so we can all get a perfect fit and length, custom made. If it’s about sustainability, then it does not make sense to manufacture and sell this dress as a ready-made garment – the whole point of this project is to get away from that, right?

Agreed with the comment about adding a thin red belt, but I was still WOWed by this. That plaid looks great on you! The bright light colours play up your skin tone.

The belt is a little too 70’s, it would look cuter with a different belt. I haven’t seen the rest of your outfits, but try a great scarf
