The bolero really puts the dress on trend - a great way to update the dress without waste and a lot of expense. The striped pants, red hose and red ribbon detail on the hat all lift the outfit into something unique and striking. This is a great example of combining various pieces - old and new, into a great new look - the heart, I think, of the Uniform Project's ethos.
